We get back to you and set up an intro call. We discuss what slows you down today and what the system must connect to. Then we propose an approach and budget based on what you need.
Analysis and plan
We go through your spreadsheets, exports and current system. When we take over a system from someone else, we run a technical audit and tell you whether it is worth fixing or rebuilding.
A prototype on your data
We start with a working prototype on your data. It covers one whole process, say enquiry → quote → invoice, and it helps you decide how to continue.
Development in stages and launch
The prototype becomes the foundation of the live version. We continue in stages and keep track of progress in regular meetings and check-ins. You try every feature in a test version before it goes live.

MARQIO starts with a prototype on your data, which helps you decide how to continue. Larger systems are built in stages: FoxFix runs in live operation and gains a new part with every stage.
MARQIO has no fixed price list. Every project is different, and the cost of a business system depends mainly on the number of processes, connections to other tools, data migration and the way of working. After the intro call we propose scope and budget based on what you need.
Custom software pays off where an off-the-shelf tool forces the company to change proven ways of working, or where data is retyped between several tools. If a ready-made tool is enough for you, MARQIO will tell you on the intro call. Together we work out whether it makes sense to go ahead, even if not with us.
Yes. MARQIO starts with a technical audit of the existing system and recommends whether it is worth fixing or rebuilding. For FoxFix the audit in February 2025 showed it was better to rebuild, and we moved the data from the old system without stopping work.
No. You know your business and what slows it down. MARQIO handles the technical side, explains it in plain language, and you make the decisions. What we need from you is mainly someone who decides and time for regular meetings and check-ins over the running app.
Business systems from MARQIO run on servers in the EU. We build data protection in from the start: role-based access, encryption and backups. Specific requirements, such as separate data for branches or partners, are discussed during the initial analysis.
