FoxFix: the whole workshop in one system.
A paint protection film and detailing specialist kept its job data in several separate tools. We built it one system for the whole operation, from the first enquiry to the paid invoice and the roll of film on the shelf. Data is entered once and flows on by itself, saving the team an estimated 40 hours of admin a month.

From an audit to a system that grows with the business
Performansion Prague specialises in paint protection film and car detailing. The business was growing and its original internal system could no longer keep up. In February 2025 we started with a technical audit and recommended building a new system from the ground up, designed from day one to serve other companies in the industry too.
Development started in June 2025 with the backbone of the whole operation: enquiry, quote, job and invoice form a single record. Then came what the industry really needs: vehicle damage diagrams, photos at drop-off and hand-over, the customer's signature right on the screen, vehicle records by VIN and a link to iDoklad. In 2026 we added a warehouse with QR labels and an AI assistant that helps the team find answers and prepare material faster.
The system is now in live use and ready for other companies in the industry. Each company keeps its data separate, with its own user permissions.
Challenge
Car services and detailing studios often track jobs in spreadsheets and issue invoices separately. Pricing a one-off job such as a wrap or paint correction takes a long time. Customer, vehicle and stock data never meet, so the same details get retyped again and again.
Solution
One system for the whole operation. Enquiries sit on a clear board, quotes are built from a catalogue, every job has a hand-over protocol and invoices flow into iDoklad. The calendar syncs with Google Calendar and QR labels keep track of stock. Each company's data is kept safely separate.
Result
Quotes, protocols and invoices are created with no retyping, and a paid invoice closes the job by itself. That saves the business an estimated 40 hours of admin a month. Receiving supplier goods takes a few clicks, the AI assistant cuts the time spent looking for answers and the warehouse even tracks film rolls by the metre.
